Libia is a senior consultant with expertise in innovation, transformation, and entrepreneurship. She holds a master's degree in industrial engineering, an MBA, and is a trained industrial engineer. With over a decade of experience in strategic innovation consulting, open innovation, intrapreneurship, and incubation and acceleration programs both nationally and internationally. 

Libia is also an expert in cultural transformation and new ways of working, and she's skilled in agile methodologies, serving as a trainer and facilitator.  

Libia Renza is renowned for her leadership in change management and corporate culture transformation, consistently creating significant impacts on business outcomes across various organizations globally. As a Corporate Culture Hacker, Libia employs disruptive strategies to create work environments that are collaborative, agile, and adaptable. Her approach involves integrating innovative technologies and processes while also cultivating a substantial shift in the mindset and behavior of employees and leadership. 

Her expertise extends to public policy implementation, C+T+I project, innovation management, and technology transfer. Beyond her professional accomplishments, Libia has been a mentor and coach for startups, guiding them through the process of validating business ideas and models. She is also the co-founder of Lincode Lab, a social innovation and international cooperation laboratory. 

In 2023, Libia was recognized by JCI (Junior Chamber International) as one of the Ten Outstanding Young Persons (TOYP) in Colombia for her significant contributions to local impact and community development.
